Bighomelessboss Privacy Policy

PRIVACY POLICY

BHB Media LLC | bighomelessboss.com

Effective date: 01.10.2026 | Last updated: 01.10.2026 | Version 1.0

This Privacy Policy explains how BHB Media LLC ("BHB," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit bighomelessboss.com, create an account on our learning platform, purchase or use the Beginners or Fundamentals courses, join the BHB community on Discord through LaunchPass, contact us, or otherwise interact with our services (together, the "Services").

This Policy is organised in three parts. Part A applies to everyone. Part B contains additional information for people in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Part C contains additional information for residents of U.S. states with consumer privacy laws. This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

Key points at a glance

•We sell educational courses about cryptocurrency and trading and paid access to a private Discord community. We collect only the information we need to run these Services.

•Course payments are processed by Stripe. Community memberships are managed by LaunchPass, which also uses Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

•We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, wallet recovery phrase, or exchange passwords. Do not share them with anyone, including people claiming to represent BHB.

•We do not sell your personal information. We use Google Analytics, and non-essential cookies are used only with your consent where the law requires it.

•You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data by writing to support@bighomelessboss.com. We respond within one month (EEA/UK/Switzerland) or 45 days (United States).

•The Services are intended only for adults aged 18 and over.

PART A. GENERAL PROVISIONS (ALL USERS)

1. Who We Are

The company responsible for your personal information (the "controller" under EU/UK law and the "business" under U.S. state laws) is:

BHB Media LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Website: bighomelessboss.com

Privacy requests: support@bighomelessboss.com | General support: support@bighomelessboss.com

Where Article 27 of the EU GDPR or UK GDPR requires us to designate a representative in the EU or the UK, we will publish the representative's contact details in this Policy. Until then, all requests from the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland may be sent to support@bighomelessboss.com, and we will handle them in accordance with applicable data protection law.

2. Services Covered

This Policy covers personal information processed in connection with:

•bighomelessboss.com and our own learning platform, including account, login, checkout, and course pages;

•the Beginners course (cryptocurrency and blockchain basics) and the Fundamentals course (trading basics);

•the BHB community, a private Discord server accessed through a LaunchPass membership;

•customer support, refunds, payment disputes, fraud prevention, and legal compliance;

•emails and other communications from us; and

•cookies, analytics, and similar technologies on our website.

Stripe, LaunchPass, Discord, and Google also process information under their own privacy policies. This Policy describes our practices and does not replace theirs.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Account and learning platform

Our courses are hosted on our own platform and servers. When you create an account and use the platform, we collect your name, email address, username, password (stored only in hashed form, so we cannot read it), account settings, course enrollments, lesson progress and completion status, login and session history, and password-reset requests.

3.2 Course purchases (Stripe)

Courses are purchased directly on our website, and payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details into Stripe's secure payment form, not into our systems. From Stripe we receive your name, email address, billing country and billing address (where provided), the product purchased, amount, currency, date, Stripe customer and payment identifiers, payment status, card brand and last four digits, and refund or dispute status. Stripe also collects device and transaction information to detect fraud, under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).

3.3 Community membership (LaunchPass and Discord)

Access to the BHB community is sold and managed through LaunchPass. In connection with your membership we receive your name, email address, membership plan, subscription start, renewal and cancellation dates, payment and failed-payment status, your Discord user ID and username, and the roles assigned to you in our server. Inside the Discord server we can also see the messages, reactions, files, and other content you post in channels we administer, along with moderation records. Section 5 explains exactly how this works.

3.4 Support and communications

When you contact us by email, through the website, or in Discord, we collect your contact details, the content of your messages, attachments, and records of how we responded, including refund and complaint correspondence.

3.5 Feedback, reviews, and testimonials

If you leave feedback, answer a survey, or give us a review or testimonial, we collect what you submit. We publish testimonials only with your consent (see Section 10).

3.6 Information collected automatically

When you use the website or platform, we and our service providers automatically collect your IP address and approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, language, referring page, pages viewed, links clicked, timestamps, cookie and similar online identifiers, and security and diagnostic logs. Details on cookies and analytics are in Section 7.

3.7 Information you should never share

We will never ask you for your seed phrase, private keys, wallet recovery phrase, exchange or broker passwords, or two-factor codes. Do not send them to us and do not post them in the community. Anyone asking for them in our name is attempting fraud; please report it to support@bighomelessboss.com.

Because the community discusses trading and markets, members sometimes mention their own finances. Please avoid posting account balances, wallet addresses linked to your identity, government ID numbers, or other sensitive details in member-visible channels. We do not ask for, and do not intend to collect, special categories of data such as health information, political opinions, or religious beliefs.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to:

•create and manage your account and give you access to the courses you purchased;

•process course payments, refunds, and cancellations, and keep transaction records;

•sell, grant, renew, and remove community memberships through LaunchPass and manage Discord roles;

•moderate the community, enforce our Terms and community rules, and keep members safe;

•send service messages such as account confirmations, password resets, receipts, access instructions, subscription notices, and security alerts;

•answer questions and provide customer support;

•prevent and investigate fraud, account sharing, piracy, unauthorised access, and abuse;

•respond to refund requests, payment disputes, and chargebacks;

•understand how the website and courses are used so we can improve them;

•send marketing communications in the future, only where permitted (see Section 8);

•comply with tax, accounting, sanctions, and other legal obligations; and

•establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not use your identifiable personal information, private communications, or community content to train artificial intelligence models.

5. How Community Access Works

The BHB community is a private Discord server. Membership is sold and administered through LaunchPass (launchpass.com), a service for managing paid memberships in chat communities. The process works as follows:

•Checkout. You choose a community membership on our website and are taken to a LaunchPass checkout page. LaunchPass collects your name and email address.

•Payment. Your payment is processed by Stripe through our connected Stripe account. LaunchPass manages the subscription (renewals, cancellations, and failed payments).

•Connecting Discord. You authorise LaunchPass to connect to your Discord account through Discord's own authorisation screen. LaunchPass receives your Discord user ID and username and uses a bot to add you to our server and assign your member role. LaunchPass does not receive your Discord password.

•Ending access. If your subscription is cancelled, expires, or a payment fails, LaunchPass may automatically remove your member role and your access to private channels.

•What we see. In our LaunchPass dashboard we can see your name, email address, Discord username and ID, plan, and subscription and payment status. We use this to manage access, provide support, and handle disputes.

LaunchPass processes this information on our behalf and, for its own platform operations, under its own privacy policy available at launchpass.com.

6. Content in the Discord Community

Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (discord.com/privacy). Messages and other content you post in community channels are visible to other members with access to that channel and to our administrators and moderators. Do not treat anything posted in the community as private. Other members may take screenshots, and that is outside our control.

Direct messages between members are not visible to us unless someone reports them or shares them with us. We may remove content, issue warnings, or remove members to enforce our rules, and we keep records of these moderation actions. If you leave the community, messages you posted may remain visible unless you delete them; you can delete your own messages in Discord, and you can ask us to remove specific content where this is technically possible and we are not required to keep it.

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies

Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Stripe and LaunchPass may also send you receipts and subscription notices directly. These messages are necessary to provide the Services and are not marketing.

In the future we may send newsletters and promotional emails about our products and educational content. If we do, we will send them only with your consent, or, where the law permits, to existing customers about similar products with a clear opportunity to opt out. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link, and opting out will not affect service emails. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before using tracking pixels in marketing emails.

12. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, restricted administrative access, two-factor authentication on administrator accounts, access only for people who need it, reputable service providers, and regular backups. No system is completely secure. Please keep your login details safe and tell us promptly at support@bighomelessboss.com if you believe your account has been compromised. 14. Third-Party Websites, Exchanges, and Tools

Our courses and community may link to or discuss third-party services such as cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, brokers, charting tools, and news sources. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We never access your exchange, broker, or wallet accounts. If we use referral or affiliate links, the third party may learn that you arrived from our link and we may receive information about the referral, usually in aggregated form.

15. Legal Requests, Fraud, and Payment Disputes

We may preserve and disclose relevant personal information where reasonably necessary and lawful to investigate suspected fraud, unauthorised access, account sharing, piracy, misuse of the Services, intellectual property violations, threats, or breaches of our Terms or community rules.

If you dispute a payment, we may provide Stripe, LaunchPass, card networks, or banks with relevant evidence, such as transaction records, checkout confirmations, course access and login logs, membership records, and our correspondence with you. We do not use this information to prevent anyone from exercising a legitimate legal right.

16. Business Transfers

If BHB Media LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, personal information may be disclosed to the parties involved and transferred to a successor, subject to confidentiality protections. The successor must continue to protect your information in line with this Policy or notify you of any changes.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when our Services, providers, or legal obligations change, including when we introduce marketing emails or advertising tools. We review this Policy at least once every 12 months. The current version, with its effective date and version number, is always available on bighomelessboss.com. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the website before the changes take effect.

Where the law requires safeguards for transfers by us or our providers, we rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions where the recipient is certified, on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum where applicable), or on another lawful transfer mechanism. You can ask for more information about these safeguards at support@bighomelessboss.com.
